What happens to the details you send us through this site, and what happens to the data your farm keeps inside the product.

What this notice covers
This notice covers personal data collected through this website — that is, the details you type into the demo enquiry form. It does not describe how an individual farm handles data inside its own Flori-Core tenant; that is governed by the agreement between Flori-Core and that farm.
What we collect, and why
The enquiry form asks for your name, farm name, role, work email, phone number, hectares under production, approximate headcount and any notes you choose to add. We ask for these because they determine which modules are worth walking through on the demo call and how pricing is quoted.
Only name, farm name and work email are required. The rest is optional, and an enquiry without them still reaches us.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange the demo, and answer follow-up questions from you or your procurement committee. A named person at Flori-Core replies. We do not run an automated marketing sequence off this form and we do not add you to a mailing list from it.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and afterwards only as long as we need them for our own business records. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we delete it.
Your rights
Under the Kenyan Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Write to privacy@flori-core-website.vercel.app and we will respond.
Farm data inside the product
Data your farm records inside Flori-Core Enterprise OS — yields, buyers, costs, payroll, spray logs, certificates — is scoped to your own tenant. There are no shared tables of farm data and no cross-farm queries. Two-factor authentication is enforced per role, and the audit trail is append-only, so access and changes are attributable. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it makes no third-party requests: the fonts are self-hosted and served from this domain.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes we will update the date above. Material changes will be described rather than made silently.
